The Booking
T&C’s…
When you make a booking with us, you agree to the below terms and conditions:
- Your group must arrive 5 minutes before your activity start time for the briefing. The time you booked for is the activity start time, not the arrival time
- Please make sure you are going to the correct venue. (2A Livery Street, CV32 4NP)
- Due to our tight schedule, we can not wait for late arrivals. We reserve the right to deduct time off your game if you arrive after your activity start time
- Tickets are non-refundable once bought. In exceptional circumstances and where more than 24 hours notice is given, we may be able to offer a reschedule.
- We reserve the right to charge you for any damage caused to our property or equipment
- You are responsible for all your possessions whilst at our venue. Gamefinity Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage to your possessions
- By making a booking with us, you understand and are aware of risks associated with our activities and agree that Gamefinity Ltd are not liable for loss, injury or death caused by the yourself
- Please note that if you have booked for under 16 year olds, a person of age 18+ must accompany them. This is for H&S and insurance purposes.
- We reserve the right to refuse anyone entry or on to any of our activities (pre-booked and walk-ins) who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or is abusive. If you look under 25 years old we will ask you for ID at the bar
- Please be aware that our venue (including private pods) are monitored by CCTV and staff members
- Food and drink from outside of the premises may not be brought in to consume within Gamefinity
