Yes we do! We may not be able to guarantee you a slot or accommodate you straight away, but we will do our very best to accommodate you. If we ask you to wait for the activity to become available, you are very welcome, to have a cocktail at the bar!

We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes before your activity session time, to allow you time to check-in and receive a pre-game briefing. You may arrive before this time and order food/drinks at the bar. You may also stay for food/drinks after your activity.

No, our team will talk you through the rules of the activities, and how to use the equipment before your session starts.

Please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your late arrival. Our activities are booked out by the hour, so in peak times we may have to cancel/reschedule your booking or deduct time off your activity if you are late.

Yes of course! As long as you are within the maximum number of people for your activity, that is fine, just give us a call or drop us an email.

Bookings are non-refundable. Re-schedules will be charged a £30 fee. We will try and reschedule where possible with 24 hours notice.

Yes you may bring anyone under 18 until 7pm, after then the venue is strictly 18+. Under 16 years old must have someone aged over 16 years accompanying them. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the bar area.

From 7pm onwards, we are an over 18’s venue, so guests who look under 25 will be asked to provide a valid photo ID in its original form on arrival as we operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Acceptable forms of IDs include valid passports, UK driving licenses.

Unfortunately, we can not allow balloons, unless you have booked a private area or exclusive hire of the venue. You are very welcome to bring a celebration cake (pre-cut, or we can cut it for you – we can not give out sharp knives).

Yes we do! If your group is in fancy dress, we do ask that your outfits/props are not offensive or a health and safety risk.

Our venue is on one (ground) floor without any steps and we have a disabled toilet. If you have any special requirements please ask us.
