Yes we do! We may not be able to guarantee you a slot or accommodate you straight away, but we will do our very best to accommodate you. If we ask you to wait for the activity to become available, you are very welcome, to have a drink at the bar!

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your session is due to start. You may arrive much earlier to have food or drinks before your session starts and make use of the tap-to-play activities.

No, our team will talk you through the rules of the activities, and how to use the equipment before your session starts.

We will do our best to accommodate your late arrival but we can not guarantee you will get the full hour you have paid for if there is another booking straight after you. Our activities are booked out by the hour, so in peak times we may have to cancel your booking or deduct time off your activity if you are late as there will be a booking straight after yours. No refunds will be given for cancelled bookings or time lost due to lateness.

Bookings are non-refundable. We will try and reschedule where possible with at least 24 hours notice.

Yes, although it is subject to availability and you may be charged a re-schedule fee if less than 24 hours notice.

Yes you may bring anyone under 18 until 7pm.

Under 18 years old must have a responsible adult accompanying them. We may ask to see ID as proof of age if the adult appears to be under the age of 21.

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the bar area.

After 7pm the venue is 18+ only.

From 7pm onwards, we are an over 18’s venue, so guests who look under 25 will be asked to provide a valid photo ID in its original form on arrival as we operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Acceptable forms of IDs include valid passports, UK driving licenses.

You are welcome to bring balloons, decorations and a pre-cut cake to the venue if you have booked a birthday or hen/stag party package. Cakes and decorations are not allowed with regular bookings.

Yes we do! If your group is in fancy dress, we do ask that your outfits/props are not offensive or a health and safety risk.

Yes we have a bar and we offer pizzas, cheesy nachos and snacks – please see our menu

Our venue is on one (ground) floor without any steps.. If you have any special requirements please ask us.

Our venue is cashless. The bar, pool tables and arcade machines are contactless card payment. We accept all major card providers

We are based in the centre of the town and unfortunately do not have parking. The town centre car parks are: The Royal Priors, Chandos Street, Bedford St and St.Peter’s. There is nearby on-street chargeable parking on Regent Street.
