Gamefinity Ltd takes reasonable measures to ensure that the venue and its equipment, provide safe and healthy working conditions and environment for all our staff and guests. Whilst we ensure our activities are as safe as possible, unfortunately accidents can happen. Injuries such as cuts, bruises, strains, may occur whilst playing our activities.
- We regularly carry out Risk Assessments of the venue and activities
- We check the safety of the equipment daily and in-between groups playing
- We ensure our activities are age appropriate and also appropriate to guests capabilities
- We have fire and evacuation policies and procedures in place
- We have fire extinguishers and a first aid kit in the venue
- All electrical items are regularly PAT tested
We operate a no naked flame policy, including birthday candles and also a no sharp knife for birthday cakes policy. Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the venue.
